How do I personalize my order?
Open your custom product, select a size where shown, and complete the personalization fields before adding it to your cart. Enter names and school details exactly as you want them displayed. Review the details in your cart before checkout.
How do I send my photos?
Use Upload Your Photos on the custom photo shirt page. You can upload up to five image files. Choose clear, well-lit, high-resolution images. Screenshots, blurry photos and heavily cropped images may affect print quality.
What size should I choose?
Review the product details and any size chart shown in the photos. Graphic tees use unisex sizing. For custom cardigans, enter the size you need in the Cardigan Size field. If you are unsure about sizing or available colors, contact us before ordering.
How long will my order take?
Custom varsity cardigans require 7–10 business days of processing before shipping. Other products follow the processing details in their listings. For a custom photo shirt or a specific event date, contact us before ordering to confirm timing. Processing and shipping are separate. Missing personalization or photos can delay an order.
Does express shipping speed up production?
No. Express shipping applies to carrier transit after your order ships. Contact us before ordering if you have a deadline.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States. Standard shipping is $8, with free standard shipping on orders $70 and up. Express shipping is $15. Available rates are shown at checkout. See our Shipping policy for details.
Can I change or cancel a personalized order?
Email hello@chrissycreatesstudio.com as soon as possible with your order number. Changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once design or production has started. See our Return and refund policy.
Can I request gifts, party favors or a special design?
Yes—send your idea, quantity and needed-by date through our Contact page. We will discuss availability and details before you order.
